What does MyCaseNote call the people we support?
MyCaseNote uses “Participants” in the app for the people you support. A participant record brings together their case notes, goals and supporting documents, even if your team usually calls them clients. Explore participant records.
Can we control which records staff can access?
Yes. Configured roles, Service responsibilities and participant access determine which records each team member can see and what they can do. Give colleagues access appropriate to their work. Explore access control.
Can staff use MyCaseNote while working in the community?
Yes. Use MyCaseNote through a mobile or desktop browser with an internet connection. You do not need to install a native app. Explore mobile access.
Can we use MyCaseNote without NDIS?
Yes. NDIS is an optional module. Leave it off if your organisation does not use NDIS, and you can create participant records without an NDIS number. MyCaseNote calls the people you support “Participants” in the app.
