Who it’s for

Built for trusted advisers to NDIS provider businesses

The program is for professionals who already help provider businesses improve their systems, quality, and day-to-day practice.

NDIS business consultants

Advisers helping provider businesses strengthen operations, systems, and service delivery.

Compliance and quality specialists

Professionals supporting clearer documentation practices, governance, and audit readiness.

Trainers and practice advisers

People helping provider teams build repeatable workflows and better documentation habits.

Transparency matters. Partners must disclose their financial interest and avoid referrals that conflict with professional, contractual, or NDIS obligations.

How it works

A clear path from recommendation to commission

The unique promotion code connects the client’s discount to your commission, without complicated referral links or manual attribution.

  1. 1

    Apply to join

Tell us about your work with NDIS provider businesses. Every application is reviewed before approval.

  2. 2

    Receive your unique code

Approved partners receive a promotion code to share with eligible provider businesses.

  3. 3

    Your client subscribes

The referred business enters your code at its first paid checkout and receives 50% off for two months.

  4. 4

    Earn monthly commission

You earn 30% of eligible subscription revenue actually paid during the first 12 months.

A fair exchange

Value for your client and for your practice

The customer incentive makes it easier to try MyCaseNote, while the commission rewards partners for introducing provider businesses that stay and grow.

What your client receives

50% off for two paid months

A new paying business enters your code at its first Stripe checkout. The discount applies to its first two monthly subscription invoices.

What you receive

30% for 12 months

Commission is based on eligible subscription revenue actually paid, so it follows discounts, plan changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Key terms

Transparent from the start

These headline terms explain how eligibility, commission, and payouts work. Approved partners will also accept the complete partner agreement before participating.

  • Commission is calculated on subscription revenue actually paid, excluding GST, refunds, credits, and chargebacks.
  • Discounted invoices generate commission on the discounted amount. Upgrades and downgrades adjust the eligible amount.
  • Cancellations stop future commissions, while refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission.
  • The program applies to new paying MyCaseNote businesses that use the partner code at their first paid checkout.
  • Self-referrals, stacked discounts, and retroactive attribution are not eligible.
  • Approved balances are paid monthly on NET-30 terms once they reach A$50.

FAQ

Common partner program questions

The practical details behind referrals, commissions, and payouts.

What counts as an eligible referral?

An eligible referral is a new paying MyCaseNote business that has not subscribed previously and enters your unique code at its first paid checkout. An existing free account may qualify if it has never had a paid subscription.

How is commission calculated?

Commission is 30% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected, excluding GST, refunds, credits, and chargebacks. During the two discounted months, commission is calculated on the discounted payment.

How long will I earn commission?

You can earn commission for 12 calendar months from the referred business’s first successful subscription payment. The program does not guarantee 12 paid invoices if the business pauses or cancels.

When are commissions paid?

Approved commissions are paid monthly on NET-30 terms through Stripe once your payable balance reaches A$50. Smaller balances roll forward to a future payout.

What happens if a client cancels or receives a refund?

Future commission stops when a subscription is cancelled. A refund, credit, or chargeback reverses the commission associated with that payment.

Do I need to disclose the referral commission?

Yes. Partners must be transparent about their financial interest and must not make a referral where the commission would breach a professional, contractual, or NDIS conflict-of-interest obligation.
