Can I configure my own case-note templates?

Can a supervisor review case notes?
Yes. Configure the appropriate Service responsibilities and participant access for the person reviewing notes. Approval workflows support submission and review; access depends on the permissions you assign. Explore approvals.
Can I use MyCaseNote on my phone?

Can I export my case notes?
Export the notes you have permission to export as a combined PDF or a ZIP of PDFs, grouped by note or participant. Attachments are excluded, and downloads expire 24 hours after the export is requested. Explore case note exports.
Do I need to work with NDIS participants?
No. NDIS is an optional module. Leave it off if your organisation does not use NDIS, and you can create participant records without an NDIS number. MyCaseNote calls the people you support “Participants” in the app.
