Role

Customer organisations decide what participant, staff, and case note information is entered into MyCaseNote. MyCaseNote processes that customer data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, or where required by law.

Processing Commitments

  • Use customer data only for the Service and authorised support.
  • Apply access controls, encryption, logging, and backups.
  • Limit staff access to customer data on a need-to-know basis.
  • Maintain subprocessors with appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Assist customers with reasonable access, correction, export, and deletion requests.
