Finishing case notes while the details are still fresh

After working in the industry for around seven years, MyCaseNote has easily been the simplest and most efficient system I’ve used for case notes.

Previously, I’d finish a shift, go home, open the laptop and then sit down to complete my notes. By that point you’re not always in the same headspace as you were during the shift, and sometimes you can forget smaller details or your notes might not be as thorough as they could have been.

With MyCaseNote, I can literally finish a shift and complete my notes straight away while everything is still fresh in my mind. It’s quick, simple and really easy to navigate. I don’t have to constantly sign in or jump between different tabs just to get things done.

I haven’t had any issues with it at all. It’s made the whole process much quicker and more efficient, and for me personally, it means my case notes are getting done properly and on time rather than being something I have to come back to later.
